Last Thursday, our 4th grade FOCUS class skyped with a class from Wisconsin named Kickapoo school. We all read a poem to someone on skype. I thought it was a great experience because I had never skyped before. My poem was called Short Kid by Shel Silverstien. I think by far that that was a very awesome time in the library. Even our librarian Mrs. Schmidt read her poem to the other librarian in Wisconsin. I think poem in your pocket day is a very cool day. Parents should even have a poem in their pocket! This was an amazing experience.
